Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Aura, we want you to love your eyewear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging, including cases, tags, and cleaning cloths.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@auraeyewear.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Want a different style or colour? We’re happy to help.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

As with returns, items must be in original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll sort it out quickly at no extra cost.
